Orders

An online order reserves the listed stock and is subject to payment confirmation. A contract is completed when Fairies 4 Africa confirms acceptance and payment. Custom requests may need additional confirmation before work begins.

Prices and delivery

Product prices are shown in South African rand. Courier delivery is charged separately to the customer. Where the exact Courier Guy charge is not shown at checkout, it will be confirmed and added before payment. Ballito collection may be available when shown at checkout.

Custom products

Colours, small components and natural materials can vary. Kathy and Laura will use the order notes as guidance and contact you if a requested change affects price, stock or timing.

Timing and stock

Availability can change. Some stock takes approximately three weeks to replace. If an item becomes unavailable or a date cannot be met, Fairies 4 Africa will contact you before fulfilment.

Returns and problems

Please inspect the order promptly and contact fairies4africa@gmail.com if it arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete. Return and refund options depend on the item, its condition and whether it was personalised.

Review promotions

A review giveaway is active only when its dates, eligibility and draw details are displayed on the reviews page. Reviews remain honest and are not required to be positive. Fairies 4 Africa may moderate unlawful, abusive, duplicate or irrelevant submissions.
