What we collect

We collect information you provide when creating an account, placing an order, leaving a review, joining the mailing list or contacting us. This can include your name, contact details, delivery address, order details and the messages you send.

Why we use it

We use information to process and fulfil orders, arrange delivery, provide customer service, manage stock, prevent misuse and keep the records needed to run the business.

Marketing

Marketing emails are sent only to people who have actively opted in. Buying a product does not automatically subscribe you. Every campaign includes an unsubscribe link.

Who receives it

Order information may be shared with service providers needed to complete the order, such as The Courier Guy. We do not sell customer information.

Retention and access

Records are retained only for operational, accounting and legal needs. You may ask us to correct your details, unsubscribe from marketing or request information about the data we hold by emailing fairies4africa@gmail.com.

Security

Administrative access is password protected and application records are stored outside the public website folder. No website can promise absolute security, but we use practical safeguards and limit access to people who need it.
